Data we collect
LOOP24 does not collect personal data inside the app. We do not ask for your name, location, or contact list, and we do not run analytics or advertising trackers.

When you stream audio, our hosting and streaming partners receive your IP address and device information to deliver the stream and protect the service from abuse. This technical data is processed by those partners, not by the LOOP24 app.
Device permissions
LOOP24 uses only the permissions needed for audio playback:
- Internet to stream the radio station.
- Notifications (Android 13+) to show playback controls.
- Foreground service / media playback to keep audio playing when the app is backgrounded.
Third-party services
LOOP24 relies on trusted vendors to deliver audio. These providers may process limited technical data as described above.
- Broadcast Radio streaming and metadata APIs (`player.broadcast.radio`).
- Audio streaming servers (`uksoutha.streaming.broadcast.radio`).
- Apple App Store / Google Play services for update checks.

The app includes links to our website and social channels. Those services have their own privacy policies.
Data retention
LOOP24 does not store personal data. If you email us, we keep your message only as long as needed to respond and for basic recordkeeping.
Children's privacy
LOOP24 is a general-audience radio app and does not target children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the effective date above and publish the new version on this page.
